To book a tour, full prepayment is required. You can make the payment in Thai baht to our company account, in cash to a courier, and we also accept payments in Russian rubles to a Russian bank card or in USDT for your convenience.
Once we confirm that the tour is available, we will provide you with an invoice detailing all aspects of the tour. After payment, you will receive a voucher confirming your tour payment.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
We recommend bringing sunscreen, a swimsuit, sunglasses, and a hat to protect yourself from the sun. Also, don’t forget a camera or smartphone for photos, and some money for souvenirs or tips for the boat crew and guide (optional).
